Maxine's Catering is a full service caterer that can customize menus to suit individual tastes.

Using only the highest quality ingredients, many of them from local sources, Maxine can create any event from a vegetarian feast, to a Moroccan wedding, a back-yard barbeque, to a traditional Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings.

She will personally sit down with you to plan every detail your event. As a full service caterer, Maxine can provide custom menus, rentals, professional staffing, and bartenders.

  • Malai Wali Murghi - boneless chicken in a creamy tomato sauce flavored with onions, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander and garam masala
  • Tandoori Chicken and vegetable kebobs
  • Chicken Tagine - chicken pieces flavored with cumin, cinnamon, paprika, cilantro, garlic, ginger and onions, with tomatoes, chickpeas, carrots and green beans
  • Grilled 5 Spice Chicken - marinated in soy sauce, ginger, garlic flavored with 5-spice powder

Pork

  • Chinese BBQ pork tenderloin with garlic sauce - marinated and served with a spicy soy, garlic and chili infused sauce
  • Grilled garlic lime pork tenderloin - marinated in garlic, soy sauce ginger, Dijon mustard, lime juice and olive oil

Fish

  • Teriyaki Salmon
  • Salmon fillet roasted and served with a lemon beurre blanc sauce
  • Salmon fillet topped with a warm fennel, red pepper and garlic salsa
  • Cod Mediterranean - pan sautéed topped with a salsa consisting olives, tomato, shallot, fresh basil, capers, orange zest, lemon and olive oil

Beef

  • Filet mignon with a red wine and mushroom sauce
  • Grilled flank steak or london broil marinated in garlic, shallot and herbs
